Four of our students participate in a promising and important project of Training and Labor Inclusion, promoted and organized by Chef Diego Córdoba and the School of Gastronomy Kocinare. We commend this initiative which values and encourages people with disabilities. The inauguration of the project was attended by our beautiful Queen of Cuenca, Cristina Ortega.
